Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition (including packaging and tags).

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Worn hairpieces cannot be accepted.
Exchange
We understand that hair color can appear different in person versus online. If your color isn’t a match, you may exchange your Pocket Bun for a different shade.
